以下AWS MarketplaceでPrismaCloudをサブスクライブしました。
サブスクライブ後、AWSからはサブスクライブ登録完了のメールを受信しましたが、24時間を経過してもPrisma Cloud のテナント情報に関するメールが届いておりません。
現状有償サポートもない状態のため、こちらでお伺いするしかない状態なのですが、どちらでどのようにアプローチすればよいか、もしくは、対処法についてわかりましたら教えていただけないでしょうか。
#PrismaCloud の掲示板が選択できずこちらに投稿していますが、適切な投稿方法がありましたら併せて教えていただけるとありがたいです。)

I subscribed to PrismaCloud on AWS Marketplace below.
After subscribing, I received an email from AWS confirming that my subscription was completed, but I have not received an email regarding Prisma Cloud tenant information even after 24 hours have passed. Since there is currently no paid support, I have no choice but to ask here, but if you know how to approach this issue, or if you know how to deal with it, could you please let me know? I'm posting here because I can't select the #PrismaCloud bulletin board, but if there is an appropriate way to post, I would appreciate it if you could let me know. ) Thank you.
