How can i see a list of open alerts in Red Lock for All Time

L1 Bithead

Hi,

How can i see a list of open alerts for All Time? I do not want to see alerts that were open (in past) but fixed now.

Here's what i am doing to see the list but not working as expected. The list shows all the alerts including alerts that were open in past but fixed now.

In Alerts Tab, Select All Time  and Open.

Please let me know if  I am missing anything

Hi @SAziz

One way could be to click All Time -> then choose Dismissed and Resolved. This should show all alerts with statuses of not open at the moment.

You can then click the "disk" save button on the left side to save the filter you just did.

Differently, you can also choose all time, no status filter, then on the top right corner coick the download button to get the CSV file for slicing and dicing.
