Hello,
I usually work on multiple portals (different vendors) and having them open at the same time. Every time I work on a different portal and decided to go back to SCM to check something I am already logged-out or kicked-out. I recently just switched from SASE to SCM and I never experienced this on SASE.
I know this is not a big deal as I can always log in > MFA to go back to the portal but it is kind of a hassle.
Is there a setting within the portal on where I can disable this feature to log you out automatically?
Appreciate whoever response.

Hi
I had exactly the same issue, the auto logout feature currently can only be extended (to my Knowledge) this is done under the tenant management settings, from SCM go to settings and then find the tenant you want to edit, click edit tenant from the three dots button, you should have the name, business vertical, support contact and the user inactivity timeout, but the accepted range is 10 to 60 minutes.
Hope that helps!

I found it. It is under Settings > Identity & Access > Tenants. However, with a role as Network Administrator I am unable to change it from 30min to 60min it is saying "Access denied". I have asked my teammate with a Superuser access and still unable to change it.
I'll check with Palo which role is needed to change this setting.
Appreciate you responding to my question.
