Enhanced Security Measures in Place: To ensure a safer experience, we’ve implemented additional, temporary security measures for all users.

I'm deploying two Palo Alto firewalls in AWS per the reference architecture.
I have deployed a dedicated security/appliance VPC using the Centralized design model.
Outbound Internet is working for my spoke/application VPCs
For inbound Internet access I'm using the Combined design, but I didn't use an ALB. My inbound traffic makes it to the Palos, but it appears that the Palo isn't routing the traffic back to the interface that it arrived on.
I didn't use an ALB because I need to allow access to services other than HTTP/HTTPS
