Hi Guys, i have already setup a notification rule when i get an alert if the operational status is in the new state, i would like to also get an email notification whenever the alert is cleared, i have tried setting up another notification rule for when the operational status is closed but it does not hit the rule i set up. Any idea how to set this up?
