NFR AiOps won't let me choose SLS

Hi everyone, I purchased pa440 with AiOps for one year and when I am trying to activate it, I don't have options to choose SLS and this is driving me crazy. Did anyone experience it before? the distributor doesn't have a clue and Palo support won't get back to me for days. AIOps for NGFW

Hi all, I suddenly have an error when I uploaded a newer TSF file on the free AIOPS portal, I get this error message when I click on best practices tab. I have tried to use another browser like Chrome but was the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.

AIOPS device certificate

Hi all, I have my firewall on PAN-OS 10.1.9, correctly installed the device certificate, however under telemetry it shows that device certificate does not exist. I have restarted the management server, iotd and icd but no luck. Did any of you encountered the same issue? Regards

Resolved! Unable to setup AIOPS for NGFW

Hi Guys, All the FW successfully added to the device Associations on Hub portal, but i can not see any FW on-board to AIOPS Portal. device certificate is valid for all FW if anyone can please suggest for the solutions.
