AIOps download report not updated as per last run report

Hi All, so a while back I ran a BPA report and all good.. we remediated some critical issues and all done. then uploaded a new TSF and re-run the report and all good. however when downloading the CSV of latest report it still shows the critical issues seen in the last report run.. yet in the portal view they are gone. reports were run about 4 we...

Failed checks

Hi all, I suddenly have an error when I uploaded a newer TSF file on the free AIOPS portal, I get this error message when I click on best practices tab. I have tried to use another browser like Chrome but was the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.
