Error after uploading a new tsf on aiops bpa

L2 Linker

Hi all,

I suddenly have an error when I uploaded a newer TSF file on the free AIOPS portal, I get this error message when I click on best practices tab.

I have tried to use another browser like Chrome but was the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.

Hello @WPhinney, this looks like resolved now (At least in my case).

Hello @cdcirexx

unfortunately, I am getting the same error. By clicking on "On Demand BPA" tab, there is a for short time displayed an error: "Error Loading On-Demand BPA Reports", then it redirects to https://auth.prod.di.paloaltonetworks.com/di/auth/saml/acs where it gives the error: {"message":"RBAC service error. Response code: 403; message: RBAC: access denied","error_code":3020}. To me this looks like an issue on back end of AIOps.

Thanks Pavel for chiming in, glad to know I'm not alone. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

I'm having the same problem, however, this is happening when I enter the Tab for the BPA in the free AIOPs. I first see this page:

And then my page goes to the same message.
