Folks,
I have a standalone hardware firewall and I'm am trying to to use what was the AIOps Essentials functionality now bundled with Strata Cloud Manager Essentials.
The telemetry data is flowing from my firewall to SCM. Since installation I have performed a Commit on my firewall.
In SCM Insights > NGFW > Status and Monitoring I see my firewall listed as a device with Telemetry State as Enabled and Last Telemetry Received from less than 2 hours ago.
However, when I visit Insights > Posture > Zero Trust Posture Center all of the elements show 0%. My understanding is this is the new tab for getting the BPA information and should be accessible with the SCM Essentials.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is the Zero Trust Posture Center only available to SCM Pro customers?
Also, I want to give the SCM Pro a test to see what value it adds to my environment. I thought there was a way of requesting a test license online but I'll be darned if I can find it?
