Hello team:
To integrate fw to Aiops, do you only need to activate telemetry in the fw and launch the application from the support portal?
Isn't there any type of synchronization needed, such as by serial number of the fw or something like that?

apart from enabling telemetry on the Firewall and creating AIOps instance you mentioned, you have to make sure that device has valid device certificate: Device Certificate. While you generate device certificate Firewall's serial number is included and used to communicate with portal.
