Until a few months ago, I was able to generate the On-Demand BPA without any problems, but I went to do it today and immediately got the message "Error Loading On-Demand BPA Reports". When importing the TSF, it displays the message that it was loaded successfully, but it does not open.
Everything leads me to believe it's something on the website. But is anyone going through this?

Sorry from delay response.
My case is resolved. After some days, the AOIPs back the funcion.

Does it show in the "failed" drop down? What does the failure reason state?

I've hit that same issue for a few months in the summer, but have been able to upload the tech suport since September.
I just imported a new tech support file and AIOPs has generated the corresponding BPA report.
