Hi everyone, I purchased pa440 with AiOps for one year and when I am trying to activate it, I don't have options to choose SLS and this is driving me crazy.
Did anyone experience it before? the distributor doesn't have a clue and Palo support won't get back to me for days.

I would invite you to check with your account team / sales representative to make sure you have the right SKU.
