Hello Everyone!
Based on customer feedback, we've recognized that the Overview tab in "Incidents & Alerts", although helpful for an overview, can be limiting when dealing with numerous alerts or incidents. NetSec admins found repeatedly switching to the list view for troubleshooting inconvenient.
We're removing the extra step to access the list view to address this. You'll now have immediate access to the detailed list of alerts or incidents while still benefiting from critical visual summaries. This update streamlines your workflow, enabling faster access to details without losing the overall context.
TIMELINE: We plan to roll out this capability from the middle of July 2024
