Unable to setup AIOPS for NGFW

Hi Guys,

All the FW successfully added to the device Associations on Hub portal, but i can not see any FW on-board to AIOPS Portal.

device certificate is valid for all FW if anyone can please suggest for the solutions.

I encountered an issue previously where the device association had a different tenant ID compared to what AIOps was showing. The only resolution I found was to open a case with the support team to address and rectify the issue.
