USER ID -cloud NGFW Azure

Hi ,

Any one enable USER ID on cloud NGFW on azure and working smoothly in there environment?

We tried POC in our environment but we are observing intermittent discussion between Palolo agent and Cloud NGFW azure which affecting its integration.

We already opened TAC case but havent seen positive progress

@SanilHande  -- What was the solve?  We've been running Azure CNGFW for about a year now and have 3 regions deployed.  The main issue ended up being we needed to RTFM.  haha  Palo has some pretty solid documentation on deploying CNGFW and we skipped the step about creating the required security policy for the firewall to use the loopback to talk to the correct internal resources for UIA to work.

Not sure how you are managing CNGFW now , Main thing its inbuild template which carries loopback etc all

Its fixed by resetting window agent which is not installed properly .
