Cannot upgrade The Cortex XDR fr

Based on the screenshot it seems you are running/executing new installer package with older XDR agent being installed and Anti-Tampering is enabled therefore you are getting the error as in second screenshot "Anti-Tampering is enabled. Please disable Anti-Tampering".
If you are admin managing the Cortex XDR then you might be having uninstall password, if not you may request Cortex Admin to provide you token and using that with the following cytool command (echo uninstallpassword|"%programfiles%\palo alto networks\traps\cytool" protect disable) you may disable the tampering and then proceed with installation.
Otherwise you may upgrade from the UI from the All Endpoints page.
