Hello @asharma160 ,

Greetings for the day!

Cortex Cloud is a specialized suite of features within the Cortex Unified Platform (XSIAM and Cortex XDR) that integrates functionalities previously found in the Prisma Cloud solution stack.

Its architecture is designed around three primary layers: the Sensor Layer, the Storage Layer (Cortex Data Lake), and the Application Layer.

High-Level Platform Architecture:

The Cortex Cloud architecture follows the Unified Platform model:
* Sensor Layer: Collects data from cloud provider APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP), the Cortex XDR Agent for Cloud, and other sensors like NGFWs or Prisma Access.
* Storage Layer (Cortex Data Lake): A GCP-hosted storage environment where all raw logs (cloud audit logs, configuration data, workload telemetry) are stored and correlated.
* Application Layer: Where analysis occurs, including Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), and Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM).
