Enabling MFA in support portal

Hi,

 

I want to enable MFA in my account to access support and XDR account.
But I am unable to setup.

 

Can anyone help to solve it?

You can call support to create a case, and they will fix it.

This process has changed.  Please review this doc -> https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClN9CAK.  Jump to the link in the 2nd bullet, Configure 2FA Methods.  You will see this URL https://sso.paloaltonetworks.com/enduser/settings where CSP users can setup their MFA methods.  Please note that MFA is now turned on all accounts and cannot be turned off.  Email should be enabled by default for all users.

I followed the same but I am unable to login with my CSP credentials in https://sso.paloaltonetworks.com/enduser/settings
