Hi E.LECORRE,

Please follow the next steps even though you might have already check some stuff on the list.
I recommend to always follow the same procedure for any installation of XDR agent in the future and always follow the XDR manuals/documentation:

  1. Check the Agent 8.8 release features to see new features, fix issues and known issues, etc..:
    https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/8.8/Cortex-XDR-Agent-Release-Notes/Cortex-XDR-...
  2. Please check the compatibility of your linux distro with XDR agent 8.8  on the following doc. I believe that XDR 8.8 is not tested yet on RHEL v10, so it does not appear on the list yet (as per today). Please realize that PANW needs some time to test and adjust XDR agent releases to the very last OS releases (Linux, windows, mac, android, IOS...). Once it is tested, it will appear on compatibility matrix docs:
    https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Cortex-XDR-Compatibility-Matrix/Linux#
  3. Please check your RHEL kernel compatibility on the following doc:
    https://docs-cortex.paloaltonetworks.com/r/Cortex-XDR/Linux-Kernel-Versions/Red-Hat-Enterprise-Linux...
  4. If the issue persists, please feel free to open a TAC support ticket
