How to Enable Report verdict as Incorrect Option in Cortex XDR

L1 Bithead

Dear Team ,

We have assigned role to several XDR analyst for incident response but we cannot find Report verdict as Incorrect Option  in Key & Artifact section.

My doubt is how can we configure the setting in role section of XDR to enable the Report verdict option . So that Analyst can use that feature.

Note : We cannot provide admin privilege to the analyst.

Hi @Venkatesh_Konar

Additionally could you share the Role Name which has been applied to these analysts for Incident Response?

By default following Roles i.e. Privilege investigator, Investigation Admin, Viewer and Investigator could not request Wildfire Verdict Change.
If analysts have any of these roles you will have to create a copy of these default Role and edit those role with enabling/checking the checkbox for "Request WildFire Verdict Change". Sharing screenshot for reference.

If they have appropriate role which has "Request WildFire Verdict Change" enabled under DETECTIONS & THREAT INTEL then follow the steps as shared by @nsinghvirk above.

Hope this helps!

Hello @Venkatesh_Konar

Thanks for reaching out on LiveCommunity!

The "Report verdict as incorrect" is available when you open the "wildfire analysis report" for a particular artefact.

Please let me know if you are talking about the same option or different one. Is the "Wildfire analysis report" button not visible to these Analysts?
