Hello dear community,
is it possible not to overwrite disabled IOC with API Upload? If the indicator is disabled, it should stay disabled. But atm it isn't like that, the indicator is beeing deleted, written into the ioc table and get's activated again.
Is this adjustible?

Looking at the API for IOC, there is not way to achieve it. The api has no filter to exclude disable/enable IOC, so instead of creating a duplicate, which is not allowed, it re-activates the existing one.
If this feature is must, I would suggest you to reaching out to TAC and get the FR raised. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
