Hi, we have received an email about the NGFW User-ID and Terminal Server (TS) Agent Self-Signed Certificates expiration on November 18th, 2024. We have been only using Cortex XDR from Palo Alto, our Firewalls are from a different vendor. Could this Certificate expiration issue affect us in any way? We aren't using any of the affected products. We want to make sure if everything is okay.

this advisory affects the communication between the user-id agent and the firewall, so you are not affected
