Hi,
We have Windows clients which are sometimes not on the network nor connected to the internet. Their agent does not get updated. Tell me what other solutions we have to get it updated

Hello @O.Faheem,
For offline Windows clients, consider using manual update methods such as downloading the agent update package and applying it via USB or local transfer. Alternatively, create a scheduled task to check for updates when the device reconnects to the network. Remote update tools can also streamline this process.

is there a way that when agents are getting obsoleted or not updating for long time, we receive a message that agents are not updated or getting obsolete?

I recommend viewing All Endpoints in the XDR Dashboard. Endpoints --> All Endpoints. Set the filter to view connected or disconnected endpoints. Endpoints running end-of-life agent versions will appear with the following symbol next to their agent version:
