Hi , need support to get clarification on the below error , we are facing this service now integration issue accross US region almost 5 plus tenants,
So need some help to fix this issue as we were unable to create any ticket using snow as we were facing frequent disconnection.
We have tried all the possiblities by updating the latest content packs, with proxy and without proxy. No packet loss observed at firewall end and service now postman check as well is showing status code as 200, but still no luck. Please help....!File "<string>", line 3273, in <module>

Hey @Afred_Hussain ,
This looks to be an error relating to either the proxy server or proxy server settings - I'd definitely recommend opening up a support case on the PAN side so we can check out if it is related to the integration code itself, or something more network related.
