How to access context data from a send-notifcation command used in ask-by communication channel of data collection?

Hi everyone, 

We’re working with a custom integration that includes a command called send-notification, designed to request customer confirmation regarding an incident. This command is intended for use within the data collection communication channel ask-by.

Currently, we’re encountering a challenge: the send-notification command does not appear to have access to the necessary context data, including to and message. Trying printing out the context data from the command shows that it is empty.

I am seeking guidance on how we can access the context data from the command send-notification or alternatively, how we can pass the required inputs to it. Or if it is actually possible?
