I currently have 5 SOAR licenses contracted. However, I have a question: Does the Admin user consume a license? It should be noted that this user has been assigned the administrator role.

Every user that has an account consumes a license, regardless of the role assigned. If you would like confirmation of how many licenses you have remaining I'd recommend reaching out to your account team just so they can give you the final word.
