What is the default username and password for the Expedition server?

I have tried a few of the normal palo alto default passwords but no luck.

Thanks.

Default credentials
Gui: admin/paloalto
Console: expedition/paloalto

Do you recommend a new install or can the beta install be upgraded?

You can keep the Beta if you want. Be sure you upgrade your OS frequently to avoid security bugs.

Just follow best practices for Ubuntu 16.04

Can someone tell me how I can access the gui? I have opened up the vm on my mac using Paralellels v7 and it opens the vm in an ubuntu environment. I am able to successfully log into the vm using the default credentials but can't figure out how to bring up the web interface for it.

thanks,

       Brian

Once you are logged into the CLI, type in:

ip addr

then it should give you a 192.168 address for VM Fusion, not sure about parallels

browse to that address

https://192.168.xxx.xxx
