It's able to download Applications, Regions, etc but is not pulling the running config. This was happening before I did the recent update to 1.1.96. I also tried rebooting and restarting processes. Any ideas which logs I should check to see if I can narrow down the issue?

You can see what the error code is within /home/userSpace/panReadOrders.log
sudo cat /home/userSpace/panReadOrders.log
this should say why that issue is happening or if it is even trying to make that type of a query.

@azuniga I had checked that previously and there doesn't seem to be any errors.

How about within the /tmp/error file do you see anything within this? Sometimes the connections time out especially if you are doing this through a panorama query that has many firewalls. That's why often removing and readding it seems to help.

There's no logfile called error in /tmp just panReadOrders.log. I tried deleting and readding 3 times now and it's no change. I'm connecting to the firewall directly and not going through Panorama.
