I need help migrating from PA-440 to PA-1410

My current PA-440 is running 10.1.3 OS where as the PA-1410 is running 11.1.4.h7

Similar migration posts are coming up here often. I would recommend to upgrade PA-440 to the same PAN-OS version as PA-1410, then export the configuration and import it to PA-1410 (You might have to modify configuration file in the case interfaces do not match resulting commit errors).
