I've installed new Device and API KEY and It's up and running, I used admin account. But it just blinks when I try to retrieve contents . I can see only state Downloading..., Do anyone where is problem with download contents?

Make sure that you have the "Jobs and Tasks Manager" active.
You can find its button in the main Dashboard.
This manager is responsible to perform some background activties, such as downloading configs, sending API calls, etc.
Click Accept as Solution to acknowledge that the answer to your question has been provided.
