Issues with fresh installed Expedition 1.1.20

L0 Member

Hello,

we have installed Expedition 1.1.20 on Ubuntu 20.04. When we try to add API keys to an device the process ends up in an exception "Remote Exception". When we try an wrong password we got the message "wrong password" -> the connection to the firewall is working. When we add an API key instead of generating them via the dialog and then try to download from the device the task stuck. A bit later we se at the dashboard that the task hang.
We we load some config from our ASA into an project and try to delete some unused network the task also hang.

We had reinstalled the Server and the software several time. The issues persists.
When we use the ubuntu 16.04 image from "Get the Legacy Expedition OVA" all work well also after updating the image.

Have anyone an idea?
Than you in advanced.

@HolgerEngelmann  Was there any errors in the dashboard page ?  Also please  have at least 8GB of RAM for the ubuntu server.

@lychiang The Dashboard do not show an error. The VM has
- 8GB RAM
- 4 CPUs
- 18GB free disk space
Ram Usage is lower then 1GB CPU usage is less the 1% - full idle.
We have installed an System with Ubuntu 18.04 that works much better.
