When adding a new device (PA3220) and adding the "Authentication API Keys" using the auth type of username and password we are receiving a "Remote Exception" message box.
We are unable to add the Authentication API Key for the device.
Any suggestions on what could be the issue ?

The PA-3220 is using software version 10.2.0.
