What is the latest version of Expedition??

L1 Bithead

What is the latest version?  Where can we find this?  Contstantly running 'update' and 'upgrade' is not cutting it.  There should be a part of the Palo Alto tools section that shows the current version and date, so we can then update the tool (if it updates, and not fails).

Currently I'm running v1.0.107, but the 'best practices' are not installed, nor can I upgrade from the GUI.  There are menu items indicating that this may be in the future, but not holding my breath.

Why is the documentation not updated to reflect the changes in the tool?  Shouldn't this be part of the process of updating the tool?

Getting the upgrade to work cleanly is not easy.

This is the latest.... and BPA does work for me. Rgds.2018-11-29_08-40-05.png

How did you get BPA installed???  What command did you run to get it installed?

When running the bash script: sudo -H bash /var/www/html/OS/BPA/updateBPA306.sh

I get this:

Skipping best-practice-assessment-ngfw-pano as it is not installed.

So, what's the secret to installing BPA???

This past Monday, Dec 3 update ver 1.0.108 was released and is available.

To update:

>sudo apt-get update

>sudo apt-get install expedition-beta

Let me know if you are able to update the BPA as well as part of this update.

This product is a work by a community of users and a few developers at PAN.  We are all working together to drive Expedition forward.  All help with documentation, etc. is welcomed.
