Hi,
After upgrading to 1.2.96, I have problems with XML snippets, when I try to e.g. create a Security Profile Group or a Log Forwarding Profile.
I create a new log forwarding snippet called "default" and copy the XML content from the existing default_log_forwarding and edit the entry name to "default", then save it:

<match-list/>

When I open the snippet again, it looks like this:

n <match-list/>n

Seems like a regular expression issue - the above is from 1.2.101, but in 1.2.96 it was "/n", not just "n".
My Security Profile Group should be:

But Editi now change it to
<entry name=\\\"default\\\">
- triple escaping the quotes?
Sorry, the text fell out of the first post 😕

Apologises for the inconveniences.
Can you confirm the latest version 1.2.101 is not fixing your issue? It should be fixed in that version.
Thanks in advance,
David

Hi David
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, 1.2.101 isn't fixing the issue for me.

It seems to solve the issue, thank you. I've only tested it on my own installation, not at the customer, but as I could reproduce the issue on my own installation, and that the 1.2.102 solved it, I have high hopes for this also being the case at the customer.
