Improvement

• [MT-2387] - Checkpoint >=R80. IP interfaces did not get migrated. Fixed how expedition reads information from *gateway_objects.json file.
• [MT-2394] - CISCO. Missing object services. Not all defined services were created, fixed corner case. Also when no port is defined the default port should be 65535 (NOTE: previously port 6500 was used).
