Fixing below Bugs:

• MT-2724 - Checkpoint R80+ issues:
  1) When checkpoint is including more than one policy, network information is not properly generated to the main vsys
  2) Application policy is not created disabled (global disable)
  3) Nested address_groups defined as checkpoint type "checkpoint-host" are not properly created.
