I checked and they don't have one yet.
I recommended submitting pcaps of the application to Palo Alto Support. Then PaloAlto engineering team can create a new signature for this particular app.

I played with spotflux a little bit today. Looks like it runs on UDP/443, and PAN-OS detects it as the application "open-vpn". Should be pretty easy to report on its use, and block it as well.
