PANOS version: 11.0.3-h3
We are experiencing a recurring issue with the Application Command Center (ACC) on our Palo Alto firewall. Every 2–3 days, the ACC becomes unresponsive or stops updating properly. The only way to restore functionality is by manually executing the following commands:
1. set logrcvr offline-logpurger percentage-threshold 50
2. set logrcvr offline-logpurger interval 10
3. debug software restart process log-receiver
After running these commands, ACC resumes normal operation temporarily.
We would like to know:
1. Is this a known issue with our current PAN-OS version?
2. Is there a recommended software update or patch to permanently resolve this?
3. If an upgrade is needed, what version do you recommend as stable and compatible?

@SyafiqBharudin -- you're running an EOL PAN-OS version. Upgrade to a supported OS, and confirm if you're issue still exists:
