Access is denied. EDU-110 why?

Hi,

I am new to Paloalto network. I really like EDU-110 training which give a great opportunities for people to learn about Paloalto firewall.

I don't understand why I got a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." when I tried to access EDU-110.

I was 70% there .. some day work and some day don't ?

Any idea?

Thank you

I would FIRST start with this site:

https://paloaltonetworks.csod.com/LMS/catalog/Welcome.aspx

Then, If you are browsing and still have any issues accessing content, please email:

edu-learning@paloaltonetworks.com

They should be able to help you out.

Can you please let us know which URL that you are trying to access?

We can try to research and see what is going on here, and to see if the link maybe was changed or not.
