I recently updated to 8.1 from 8.0.8 on one of my PA-220s. My UserID isn't working any more. I can't login with AD creds either. When I go to the User Identification area the Server Monitoring says "Not connected" This is my secondary device in my HA pair. The primary is still on 8.0.8. I'm not sure where to look to start troubleshooting. Any thoughts?

not sure if you are having issues with 8.1 but regardless of version you just need to confirm if user-id service is using the management port under device/setup/services/service route.
if you are not using management port then uid will fail as interface will be down in active/passive secondary.

I have it set to "Use Management Interface for All." Everything was working before I did the upgrade.

Can you verify that you can actually reach the secondary device on it's management interface?

I'm logged in to the web interface on the management IP and I can SSH in. I also did a ping to one of the DCs from the management IP source and was successful.
