Suddenly the Application Command Center became empty showing " no data to display" and risk factor set to zero.
after debug software restart log-receiver on the cli the logs started to repeear but only for a few minutes then disappeared again.
is your system running a recent PAN-OS ? If not, i'd try and upgrade to see if that solves the issue
It sounds like a process is likely stuck. Anything on show system resources that would indicate a stuck process? It might be worth simply restarting the management server and see if that doesn't clear things up.
