Are there detailed release notes for 3.1.7?

The PDF linked with the 3.1.7 release appears to be a copy of the release notes for 3.1.6 and not terribly useful.

Is there a document that outlines the specific issues addressed by the latest release? I'm new here, so maybe I just overlooked it.

Addressed issues starts on page 6 of the release notes and the version on our support site would appear to be the correct RN for 3.1.7.

Note that the features portion of the release notes will be the same between minor maintenance releases and the meat of the maintenance release is found in the "Addressed Issues" portion of the document.
