I was wondering if it's possible to share physical interfaces between two virtual systems , each virtual vsys will also need
to be able to use sub iterfaces for vlans .

Yes you can assign subinterface to different vsys. Physical interface can be in different vsys no problem in that.

We can create subinterfaces and then assign them to specific vsys.

So If I have 2 aggregated intefaces , can I create 10 subinterfaces and assign 5 subinterface to each ? don't we need to add the physical interfaces ?

Yes you can assign subinterface to different vsys. Physical interface can be in different vsys no problem in that.
