Auth failure (can not assign new Authorization codes to the firewalls)

I'm trying to assign the new authorization codes on these firewalls but we are receiving a failed message from the Firewalls and an error message from the Palo Alto Support site.

My guess is the auth code you're using is wrong, or your Palo account isn't tied to the company/account the auth codes are tied to?

I'm using software 10.2.7-h3 and whenever i try to update the Auth Code from the firewalls it failed, i also tried to add the Auth Codes from the firewall and from the Palo Alto Support but it also failed.
