AWS licensing issue

Hi guys,

 

every time i login to the Panorama i get the following message: 

Warning: This Panorama instance does not have a license key. Click 'OK' below to try retrieving the license from the Palo Alto Networks Update Server.
You have 0 days before commits will be disallowed. Please retrieve and install the license key as soon as possible.

 

and after press ok it will try to retrieve the license from the sever and fails with the following error:
Warning: This Panorama cannot connect to the Update Server.
Click Complete Manually to get the relevant information to get the license and install it at Panorama->Licenses.
You have 0 days before commits will be disallowed. Please retrieve and install the license key as soon as possible. 

 

when i try to complete it manually it will let me download a file with all the information ( UUID CPUID and so on) and tells me to go to the support portal to finish my registration and retrieve the license from there, but in the registration form i am asked to provide the serial number of the panorama and i do not know from where do i get it because in my dashboard in the general information section the serial # is unknown.

 

any ideas on how i should fix this issue?

I have not had this issue but isn't the serial number included within the order confirmation.
