Hi all.
I wonder PA can log a IP and mac address of spoof attack such as ip spoof, arp spoof, dns query spoofing attack.
Sometimes, customer want to know above information from PA.
I think PA only drop a wrong packets. isn't it?
Thanks.
Regards.

I know it logs as a counter on the interface, but I don't know if it logs it under the Threat logs.

Spoof attacks are logged, but the MAC address is not included in the logs.
Cheers,

Where are the spoof IP address log at ??

If you enable zone protection and enable the appropriate protections, the spoofing logs will show up in the threat log
without zone protection, generic spoofing is not detected, only LAND attacks (identical IP as the interface) but these will only show as a global counter
hope this helps

We had an issue where anti-spoofing was blocking traffic, and there was nothing about it in the threat logs.
