Hi All,
I found that Windows 2000 and 2003 Internet Explorer cannot access PA web management console but ping and ssh are fine. Please advise. Thanks!

Have you made sure HTTPS has been allowed on the Management interface? This is under the Device tab in Setup mode.

Are you still using IE6? I recall that they may have removed support for IE6 in PAN OS 3.1. It might be worth giving Firefox a try if you are using IE6.
