So I have bought the Palo Alto Firewall Bundle in the AWS Marketplace and was registering a support account, but when I log in the I get the following message:
Your email address, **********, was not found in the support portal. Please make sure to sign in with an email address that is associated with a support portal account. Click here to log out from this account.

I cannot use the support even though it should be in the license. What is the problem here?
