Check Point R77 URL policy migration

Not applicable

Hello,

I was trying to search for examples or good documentation for migrating check point URL policy to PAN. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One of the specific examples I'm having issues with: CP has an option to select Internet as a destination (all traffic leading to external interfaces). ie : SIP: userABC    DIP: internet     APP: application default. How would i configure that URL rule in palo alto?

Hello dvlacic,

Your question about migrating from Checkpoint to PAN would be best answered at the following community : Firewall Migrations

Also, the following document can also be referred;

MT20-Checkpoint Source files Formats Supported in 2.1.1

Hope that helps!

Thanks and regards,

Hello dvlacic,

One thing to note is that, you need permission to access that community. If you don't have, you can certainly request account's sales engineer to provision it for you.

Thanks and regards,

Thanks, yea our PAN support is via third party via fishnet. I'll check with them.
