Config not reflecting on firewall when pushed via panorama

L3 Networker

Hi ,

We are facing unusual issue in our enviorment .

We have pushed the changes from Panorama to devices but changes are not reflecting on individual firewall .

Verifed commit logs , no error  . All showing result succeeded .

Panorama version  - 9.x.x

Firewall version 8.x.x

Anyone faced similar issue ? Or any suggestion regarding same.

Thanks .

Have you tried "Commit All Changes" vs "Commit Changes Made By:(username)"

@Jeff-Behm

Not yet , will try it  .

However do you have any link or PA  bug id where they are referring this issue .

Thanks

I do not believe we are aware that it a bug or anomoly, hence no bug or tracking id.

I have not seen configurations not properly pushed.

I have seen, local configurations overriding the Panorama.

We do not have enough info to know if you have any local configurations that are attempting to override the Panorama, which could give the same symptoms as you describe.

I personally, would edit your selections, in the Panorama, and click the force template values button.

THEN, if the changes are not correctly pushed, it would make sense to open a support case.

Don't forget to get the tech support files from both Panorama and FW, to correctly open the case.

Hi,

I have a similair issue with

Panorama version  - 9.x.x

Firewall version 8.x.x

We are unable to push out "Access routes" from Panorama 9.x.x to firewalls with firmware 8.x.x

Updating the firewall to 9.0.x fixes the problem
