Hi Teame,..
As mentioned above, We are not able to recieve any mails from PaloAlto device,.. As there is a No option to define Port and authentication for Email Server, I am totally confused. Please give some more information on this.

Please verify the server profile is configured correctly:

And also ensure to apply the profile to the log settings. Also check Device -> Setup -> Services -> Service Route Configuration that you use the interface you need to reach your server and verify the connecitivity.
